Skyline Industrial REIT Sells Winnipeg, MB Property

[Guelph, Ontario – April 17, 2026]

On April 17, 2026, Skyline Industrial REIT sold an asset at 1555 Chevrier Boulevard in Winnipeg, MB, further refining its industrial portfolio to enhance investor value. The single-tenant cold storage facility totals 319,481 square feet and is currently occupied by Congebec.

With this sale, the REIT is exiting the province of Manitoba.

Funds surfaced from the sale of this asset will be used to further reduce the line of credit and for general corporate purposes.
