Skyline Apartment REIT Sells Three Sarnia, ON Properties

[Guelph, Ontario – September 10, 2026]

Skyline Apartment REIT has completed the disposition of three properties in Sarnia, ON, totalling 187 suites.

On September 10, 2026, the REIT sold:

• 875 Colborne Road (Patricia Apartments), Sarnia, ON (49 suites)
• 880 Colborne Road (Regal Tower), Sarnia, ON (76 suites)
• 620 Berkshire Road (Bryn Mawr), Sarnia, ON (62 suites)
