Skyline Industrial REIT Acquires Candiac, QC Property

[Guelph, Ontario – July 13, 2026]

Skyline Industrial REIT has acquired all partner interests on a newly developed multi-tenant industrial facility in Candiac, adding to its Quebec holdings and supporting its growth in key industrial markets.

The property at 425 Avenue Fouquet in west Candiac, a suburb of Montreal, was a joint venture between the REIT and its development partners Rosefellow and F.I.T. Ventures. As of July 13, 2026, Skyline Industrial REIT is now the sole owner of the asset, which totals 129,214 square feet of modern, purpose-built industrial space and is 100% leased to two tenants, Purolator and RHI Magnesita.
