Skyline Retail REIT acquires property in Red Deer, Alberta

On August 8, 2022, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a retail property at 5111 22nd Street, Red Deer, AB. The property totals 73,807 square feet on 6.4 acres and is 97.8% occupied. It comprises 7 tenants, including The Brick, Golf Town, Swiss Chalet/Harvey’s, and Urban Barn.
