Skyline Retail REIT Acquires Property in Duncan, British Columbia

On August 3, 2022, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a grocery-anchored retail property at 2479-2763 Beverly Street, Duncan, BC, totaling 98,476 square feet on 7.58 acres. The property is 99.6% occupied. It comprises 29 tenants and is anchored by Thrifty Foods (Sobeys) and Starbucks.

“This property is a prime retail location in the city of Duncan, which is situated in the Southern region of Vancouver Island. The plaza is anchored with national name-brand tenants with whom the REIT has developed strong working relationships.”

Post-acquisition, Skyline Retail REIT comprises 114 properties in 69 communities in 5 provinces across Canada, with a total of 5,022,113 square feet of retail space.
