Skyline Commercial REIT? has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Nespresso, a premium coffee brand, at its 151 Avenue Reverchon development in Pointe-Claire, QC. The property, which will be Nespresso’s newest distribution centre in Canada, is being developed by the REIT in collaboration with Rosefellow and F.I.T. Ventures.
Nespresso, which has its headquarters in Switzerland, is now accessible in over 82 countries and is a subsidiary of Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage corporation.
