On April 19, 2022, Skyline Commercial REIT? purchased a single-tenant industrial property at 465-473 Jutras Drive South in Windsor, Ontario.

The property comprises 95,000 square feet of industrial space on 8.12 acres and has Concourse Technologies Inc. (Sybridge) as its sole tenant.
