On December 8, 2020, Skyline Apartment REIT announced its 3rd property acquisition in the city of Dartmouth, NS.
The Ashton is located at 79 Holtwood Court in Dartmouth. The total purchase price for the property was $25.6M.
The property comprises 86 residential suites and has a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units.
The Ashton is located southeast of Dartmouth’s city centre and offers stunning views of Halifax Harbour and downtown Halifax. It is located close to parks, trails, shopping, restaurants, and health care facilities.
Amenities include an on-site fitness room, rooftop terrace, underground parking, and an indoor car wash bay. Suites feature quartz countertops, wrap-around balconies, and premium appliances.
The Ashton will be managed by Skyline Living.
Skyline Apartment REIT also owns the neighbouring property, The Kensington at 80 Holtwood Court, purchased in April 2018.
