Ryan Tasciyan Regional Vice President, Capital Raising

Ryan builds and maintains relationships with investment advisors, portfolio managers, and financial professionals across Québec and Atlantic Canada, supporting their growth and helping position Skyline’s private alternative investments within client portfolios. He works with advisors to identify where real assets can add value and complement existing portfolio strategies.

Ryan brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, with a background spanning private banking, advisory distribution, and capital raising. He began his career with National Bank of Canada and has since held senior roles at prominent Canadian private equity firms. His experience has largely centred on helping firms expand their market presence and build stronger connections with advisors across the country.

Ryan works with advisors as a strategic partner, offering a practical, data-informed perspective that supports their business objectives. He focuses on understanding how advisors run their practices and helps them apply investment strategies in a way that is relevant to their clients. He sees private real assets, including real estate and renewable infrastructure, as an effective tool to help advisors build more balanced portfolios and navigate changing market conditions.

Ryan holds a BA in Political Science from Concordia University and has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
