Justyn Vezza Manager
Justyn leads the Client Services team in delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven investor experience. He oversees how the team supports investors day to day, ensuring client service aligns with Skyline’s broader growth strategy and commitment to building long-term investor value. With a practical, people-first approach, he helps ensure investors feel supported, informed, and respected with every interaction.
Justyn brings more than 13 years of financial services experience, including expertise across a wide range of registered and non‑registered investment accounts, investment products, and income solutions. In his previous role with Sun Life Canada, he led initiatives to modernize operations and improve communications, and was recognized with the organization’s award for exceptional employee contributions and meaningful impact.
At the core of Justyn’s work is a belief that good client service is built on trust, clarity, and empathy. He is particularly motivated by moments when clear communication and thoughtful care help investors move from uncertainty to confidence. This perspective guides how he leads his team and supports Skyline’s continued growth.
Justyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Conestoga College and a Google Project Management Certificate, and is an active Humane Society volunteer.
