Josh McEachern Relationship Manager, Private Equity
Josh works closely with Skyline investors to build long-term relationships and connect them with Skyline’s private alternative investment products, delivering a thoughtful, consistent client experience. He takes a hands-on approach to his work, focused on understanding what matters to investors and ensuring communication is clear and timely throughout their experience with Skyline.
Josh brings nearly a decade of experience across real estate investing, real estate asset management, construction, and business ownership. Prior to Skyline, he founded and operated a construction company and built a real estate business focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing income-producing properties. Having experienced the practical realities of growing and managing property portfolios, he now leverages that perspective to help investors access real assets through professionally managed investment solutions.
What motivates Josh most is earning trust and helping investors feel comfortable and well informed in their interactions with Skyline. His background as an entrepreneur and real estate investor has contributed to his down-to-earth approach to building relationships. He values straightforward communication, reliability, and a disciplined, long-term investment mindset grounded in quality assets and sound fundamentals.
Josh is actively involved in his local community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Centre Wellington Celtics youth basketball club as well as coaching at the club and high school levels.
