Joe Kurucz Regional Vice President, Capital Raising
Joe builds and strengthens relationships with investment advisors, portfolio managers, and financial professionals across Western Canada, helping broaden access to Skyline’s private alternative investments.
Joe is focused on helping advisors think differently about investment portfolio construction and long-term planning. He works with advisors to cut through the noise, focusing on strategies that are clear, practical, and aligned with client outcomes. He has spent much of his career supporting advisors in incorporating alternative investments into their process and evolving how they approach client conversations. He believes real assets are becoming an increasingly important part of the investment landscape and sees them as a way for advisors to bring greater stability to client portfolios over time.
With more than 15 years of experience in wealth management, Joe has held a range of business development and leadership roles across the industry. His background includes working with discretionary portfolio managers, supporting fee-based advisors, and introducing private investment strategies to wealth advisors, investment counsellors, and family offices. This experience has given him a practical understanding of how advisors operate and how to best support them in delivering value to their clients.
Joe holds a BA from the University of Waterloo. He has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
