Flavian Mihele Regional Vice President, Capital Raising

Flavian works with financial advisors across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, helping them incorporate Skyline’s private alternative investment solutions into client portfolios. He takes pride in helping advisors navigate portfolio and business challenges, focusing on education and practical solutions to help them better serve their clients.

An advocate for diversification and long-term thinking, Flavian believes private alternative investments can help build resilient portfolios by providing access to high-quality real assets and income-oriented investment strategies. He aims to build long-term advisor relationships founded on trust, consistency, and a mutual focus on creating positive outcomes for clients.

Prior to Skyline, Flavian gained more than six years of experience in investment management, wealth management, and advisor distribution. He held advisor-facing roles with Manulife and CI Global Asset Management, where he focused on relationship management, investment distribution, and business development while supporting advisors with portfolio composition, client engagement, and growing their practice. He received consecutive Top Internal Wholesaler Awards at Manulife and completed the firm’s Wholesaler Development Program on advisor engagement, strategic territory management, negotiation, and business planning.

Flavian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management with a major in Economics and a minor in Finance from the Ted Rogers School of Management. He has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
