Deanne Miachika Relationship Manager, Private Equity

Deanne works with Skyline investors across Western Canada, helping them achieve their wealth-building goals by connecting them with Skyline’s private alternative investment opportunities. Her hands-on real estate experience and ability to simplify complex investment concepts enable her to provide investors with clear, practical support.

Deanne believes in matching the right opportunity with the right investor, which starts with a deep understanding of their goals, timeline, and risk tolerance. What drives her most is helping investors achieve their financial objectives and build generational wealth, bringing them closer to the future they envision for themselves and their families.

Deanne joined Skyline with more than 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and relationship management. Prior to Skyline, she owned a commercial residential real estate brokerage in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she worked closely with developers throughout the investment lifecycle, from land acquisition to sale. She also supported capital raising and investor relations for a commercial real estate development firm.

Throughout her career, Deanne has earned recognition for her performance and leadership, including achieving Global Top 10 Territory Manager status and ranking among the top 10 sales professionals in Canada within her organization.

Deanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University and a Graduate Diploma in Business from the University of Adelaide.
