Skyline Wealth Management Expands Access to Private Alternatives

Skyline has announced a new opportunity for Canadian investors looking to diversify their portfolio within the private alternative space. Skyline Wealth Management, the preferred exempt market dealer for Skyline’s private alternative investments, has expanded investor access to its real estate investment trust (REIT) offerings, opening the door to a broader range of Canadians seeking portfolio diversification through private alternatives.

With the newly expanded criteria, all four of Skyline’s private alternative investment products—Skyline Apartment REIT, Skyline Industrial REIT, Skyline Retail REIT, and Skyline Clean Energy Fund—are available to eligible investors.

Who qualifies as an eligible investor?

You may qualify if you meeet one of the following criteria:

  • A personal net income before taxes of $75,000 or more in each of the two most recent calendar years.
  • A household net income before taxes of $125,000 or more in each of the two most recent calendar years.
  • A net worth, whether individual or with a spouse, of $400,000 or more.
