Ted Willcocks Executive Vice President, Capital Raising

As a Skyline Executive Committee member reporting to the Executive Board, Ted leads Skyline Wealth Management’s strategic initiatives that aim to uncover new business opportunities, deepen institutional investor relationships, and achieve ambitious revenue and market share growth targets—while delivering value to Skyline investors.

A key member of Skyline’s senior leadership team, Ted plays a pivotal role in advancing Skyline’s objective to provide a high-performing portfolio of private alternative investments that drive long-term wealth creation. He also focuses on strengthening Skyline’s position as a leader in Canada’s private alternative investment space through client-centric innovation, team collaboration, and disciplined execution.

Ted brings more than 30 years of experience and a proven track record of leadership in real estate asset management and investment. Most recently, he served as President & CEO of a leading Canadian commercial real estate firm, where he oversaw $11 billion in assets under management and a diversified 40 million square foot portfolio. During his tenure, he successfully led a multi-year transformation to enhance both investment and stakeholder value. His previous experience also includes a role as Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management at a multinational financial services and investment management firm, overseeing a $23 billion portfolio across North America and Asia.

Ted is a former member of several industry associations, including the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He also served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
