Drawing from over 10 years of experience in the real estate development industry, Maani brings a unique perspective to the Associate role, applying his breadth of knowledge of property markets and investment potential when working with investors.

Maani takes the time to understand each investor’s journey—their successes, challenges, and the path that shaped their financial goals. He values understanding not just where investors are today, but how they got there. With every lesson learned throughout his career and his own journey, Maani deepens his understanding of the investment landscape, elevating the service he delivers to clients.

Augmenting his Bachelor’s degree, Maani is pursuing his MBA at Carleton University and is currently completing the Exempt Market Proficiency Course with the Canadian Securities Institute.
