Katie has extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning for growth, both in client-facing capacities and senior leadership positions. She brings over two decades of financial expertise gained through leadership roles across various industry sectors, including agriculture, public accounting with RLB LLP, and banking with RBC. She also specializes in helping investors navigate succession planning and business transition planning to support legacy building and a secure retirement.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Katie has called Canada home for over 20 years. Her grounded leadership philosophy is instilled with the values passed down from her grandfather—humility, hard work, and a willingness to step in wherever support is needed. Her team-first mentality, combined with her proven track record of scaling businesses, positions her uniquely to deliver exceptional investor experiences.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and is actively involved in various community organizations. She leverages her expertise to drive meaningful change, creating lasting social and financial impact.
