Braydon Kustra Relationship Manager, Private Equity

Braydon strives to build long-lasting and meaningful partnerships with investors, working with them to determine the best investment options to grow their wealth. He prides himself on being able to provide exclusive access to Skyline’s full suite of private real estate investment trusts (REITs) and renewable infrastructure fund, especially as they align with his personal business and investment philosophies.

Braydon’s extensive background in real estate investment management makes him a trusted resource for his clients as he helps them anchor their portfolios with tangible assets that have the potential to accelerate earnings, mitigate market uncertainty, and leverage diversification. Further, he’s passionate about providing his clients with the timely information they need to continue making the right decisions for their overall wealth management plan.

Before joining Skyline as an Associate in 2024, Braydon led the Investor Relations team at a commercial real estate investment management company, where he cultivated investor relationships, oversaw portfolio management, and conducted underwriting for real estate projects.

Braydon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management, Economics, & Finance (Co-op) from the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph.
