Skyline Apartment REIT sells Heritage Valley in Edmonton, Alberta

[Guelph, Ontario – August 21, 2025]

On August 21, 2025, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a 200-suite property at 2703, 2707, 2711 & 2715 James Mowatt Trail Southwest (Heritage Valley) in Edmonton, Alberta.

With this sale, the REIT maintains a presence in Edmonton with a 240-suite property at Ellerslie Road Southwest.

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 231 properties in 52 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 20,582 residential suites.
