Skyline Apartment REIT sells Carlsie Tower in Windsor, ON

[Guelph, ON – January 14, 2026]

On January 14, 2026, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a 34-suite property at 1071 McDougall Street (Carlsie Tower) in Windsor, ON.

“Our decision to sell Carlsie Tower in Windsor reflects our ongoing commitment to optimizing the REIT portfolio,” said Matthew Organ, Skyline Apartment REIT.

“In 2025, we recognized the property as an asset that no longer aligns with the REIT’s long-term strategy. Following the sale, Windsor remains one of our key long-term growth markets, and the REIT maintains a large presence in the city with 31 properties and 2,254 suites. As always, we will continue to carefully assess our portfolio and identify opportunities to create further investor value.”

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 230 properties in 51 communities in six provinces across Canada, with a total of 20,457 residential suites.
